Privacy policy

In accordance with Article 13 (1 and 2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we hereby inform how we process your personal data.

The user may voluntarily provide his or her personal data required in the contact form. The data provided in the form (with the User's consent) are processed by the Controller in accordance with this Privacy Policy in order to answer the inquiry sent.

The personal data controller is „Trak-Pol Adam Gałka, 859 Sidzina 34-236 NIP 735-15-99-500.

The user has the right of access the content of his or her data and the rec tification, amendment as well as limitation or cease the processing thereof.

  1. The Controller may be contacted in writing, by traditional mail to the address specified in point 1 above, or by e-mail to: trak.pol@wp.pl.
  2. Your personal data shall be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. on the basis of the necessity of the processing for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller;
  3. Legitimate interests pursued by the Controller consist in performing the obligations arising from the agreements and contracts concluded, as well as offering products and services to customers;
  4. Your personal data is processed manually and automatically, providing full protection against unauthorized access by third parties;
  5. The Controller processes your personal data without obtaining permission to the extent to which they are made available by publicly available sources such as the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) or the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEiDG);
  6. Your data shall not be made available to entities other than those entitled under the law;
  7. Your data shall not be transferred to any international organisations or institutions;
  8. The Controller makes every effort to ensure that the personal data stored are physically, technically and organizationally protected against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations.

In connection with the processing of your personal data you are entitled to:

  • require the Controller to provide you with access to your personal data,
  • require the Controller to rectify your personal data,
  • require the Controller to erase your personal data,
  • require the Controller to restrict of processing your personal data,
  • object to processing your personal data,
  • withdraw of consent to the processing of personal data, which shall not render the processing of such data ineffective or unlawful before withdrawal of the consent,
  • your personal data portability,
  • to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.

The above rights may be exercised in the manner set out above in point 1 and 2.

Cookies policy

  1. The Website shall not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.
  2. So-called "cookies" are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the final device of the Service User and are designed to use the websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they come, the time they are stored on the terminal equipment and a unique number.
  3. An entity placing cookies on the Website User's terminal equipment and obtaining access to them is the Administrator.

  4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:

    • adjusting the content of the Website to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the Webiste User's equipment and to display the website correctly, adjusted to the User's individual needs;

    • create anonymous statistics through Google Analytics (a cookie administrator: Google Inc. With its seat in the USA), which help to understand how Website users use the Website to improve its structure and content;
    • maintaining the Website User session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Website;

Session cookies are temporary files, which are stored in the User's terminal equipment until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored in the User's terminal equipment for the time specified in the parameters of cookies or until they are deleted by the User.
  6. The following types of cookies are used on the Website:

    • necessary cookie files, enabling the use of services available within the Website, e.g. authentication of cookie files used for services requiring authentication within the Website; cookie files used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect abuses of authentication within the Website;
    • performance cookies, enabling the collection of information on how to use the Website;
    • functional cookies, enabling "remembering" the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User's interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes from, font size, appearance of the website, etc;
    • external cookies needed to view Google Maps or Facebook Likebox (a cookie administrator: Facebook Ireland Ltd. With its seat in Ireland)
  7. In many cases, the web browser allows to store cookies in the User's terminal equipment by default. Users of the website can at any time change the settings for cookies. These settings can be changed in particular to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the web browser or inform about their placement in the equipment of the Website User. Detailed information about the possibilities and ways of handling cookies are available in the settings of the Internet browser.
  8. Restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities (e.g. displaying Google Maps) available on the Website.
